Limbach Facility Services LLC, a leading building systems solutions firm, seeks a Regional Marketing Leader to execute approved marketing priorities across an assigned region and support branch growth and sales enablement.

You will develop proposals, local campaigns, and events, coordinating with Marketing & Communications. Leadership by the Branch Strategic Marketing Leader and collaboration with national brand standards are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and collaboratively interact with diverse audiences.
• Capacity to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Executes approved branch marketing and go-to-market plans under the Branch Strategic Marketing Leader.
• Develops proposals, presentations, tailored collateral and sales‑enablement materials with local and national teams.
• Supports local campaigns and activations, coordinating deliverables across Marketing & Communications.
• Provides quarterly marketing updates for each region during the Leadership L10 check‑in, using past wins and lessons.
• Leads local event development by coordinating branch teams, schedule and logistics.
• Identifies case studies and customer stories to develop content and value propositions.
• Coordinates customer interviews and feedback surveys and community engagement efforts.
