Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to drive marketing priorities across a designated region. You will partner with branch and sales teams to develop proposals, local campaigns, events, case studies, and sales-enablement materials aligned with the national brand standards.

The role collaborates with Marketing & Communications to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives, while maintaining brand consistency and supporting branch growth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Executes approved branch marketing and go-to-market plans.
• Develops proposals, presentations, and tailored collateral for local and national pursuits.
• Supports local campaigns and activation plans, coordinating deliverables across Marketing & Communications.
• Provides quarterly marketing updates for each region during Leadership L10 check-ins.
