Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to drive approved marketing priorities across the company's union branch locations. Reporting to the Branch Strategic Marketing Leader, you will work as the primary marketing partner for regional branch and Sales teams, developing proposals, local campaigns, events, case studies, and sales enablement materials to support growth.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/PR/Communications, 5+ years of experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with diverse audiences.
• Strong prioritization and deadline management in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Executes branch marketing and go‑to‑market plans under the Branch Strategic Marketing Leader.
• Develops proposals, presentations and sales‑enablement materials with local and national teams.
• Supports local campaigns and activation plans across Marketing & Communications.
• Provides quarterly regional marketing updates during Leadership L10 check‑ins.
• Leads local events, coordinates the branch team, schedule, and promotions.
• Identifies case studies and customer stories and gathers content.
• Supports customer presentations by refining value propositions.
• Coordinates approved customer interviews, surveys and award submissions.
• Conducts local market research and prepares summaries for branch priorities.
• Maintains project plans, deadlines and status reporting.
• Identifies local content opportunities and coordinates with Communications, Creative or Digital partners.
• Applies approved messaging and brand standards across deliverables.
• Plans customer outings and events as needed.
• Tracks results and lessons learned to improve execution.
• Collaborates with External Communications and PR for local award submissions.
