Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to execute approved marketing priorities across a regional set of branch locations. You will partner with local and national teams to develop proposals, campaigns, events and materials that drive growth and align with the national brand standards.

You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications to deliver high‑quality, consistent initiatives, manage regional plans, track outcomes, and contribute to ongoing development of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record compliant with policies.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved branch marketing and go-to-market plans.
• Develop proposals, presentations and sales‑enablement materials.
• Support local campaigns and activation plans across Marketing & Communications.
• Provide quarterly regional marketing updates in Leadership L10 checks.
• Lead local events from planning to follow-up and logistics.
• Glean case studies and customer stories to support content.
