Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to execute marketing priorities across the region’s branch locations. You will partner with local and national teams to develop proposals, campaigns and sales‑enablement materials that support branch growth and business development.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, preparing content and prioritizing work within a dynamic environment. Travel up to 20% and a BS in Marketing/PR/Communications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/communications.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Capable of prioritizing work and meeting deadlines with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved branch marketing and go-to-market plans under guidance.
• Develop proposals, presentations and sales‑enablement materials with local and national teams.
• Support local campaigns, events and activation plans across Marketing & Communications.
• Provide quarterly regional updates during Leadership meetings with data-driven insights.
• Lead local events planning, vendor coordination and post-event follow‑ups.
• Coordinate customer interviews, case studies and content development.
