Any Hour Group in Lindon, UT is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing plans for 6–8 home-service brands nationwide. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate with GMs, Ops Managers, and RVPs, and drive lead generation across HVAC, plumbing and electrical sectors.

You’ll build data-driven campaigns, oversee vendors and creative teams, and report monthly performance, aiming for growth and alignment with regional goals.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including account or project management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and build multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficient in Excel and marketing analytics, with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable with direct, results-focused conversations with stakeholders.
• Experience in home services or seasonal industry preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools (we use Monday.com).
