Job summary

Bert Black - AC Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will manage agencies, set priorities and budgets, lead branding, and drive inquiries and revenue from multiple marketing channels.

The role requires coordinating marketing plans with seasonal goals and technician capacity, and delivering weekly scorecards and monthly performance reports. Experience in home services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience managing outside marketing agencies or vendors.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, SEO, Local Services Ads, social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Bert Black’s primary contact with marketing agencies and vendors.
• Set budgets, deadlines, and performance expectations.
• Review channel results and adjust strategies for lead quality and revenue.
• Coordinate branding across websites, vehicles, uniforms, and customer communications.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget.
• Track metrics like qualified leads, cost per lead, and marketing ROI.
