Job summary

FGM Architects (FGMA) seeks an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead proposal and pursuit efforts for the Mid-Atlantic region, partnering with regional leaders and marketing staff to drive compelling proposals and client-focused materials.

The role manages Marketing Coordinators, improves marketing workflows, and contributes to regional strategy while supporting FGMA’s growth in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Flexible schedule and hybrid work are available.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of marketing experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Experience leading complex pursuits with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the region's proposal and pursuit efforts, coordinating with practice teams and leadership.
• Mentor and develop Marketing Coordinators; drive quality deliverables.
• Improve regional marketing processes, tools, and workflows for better performance.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop compelling marketing content.
• Ensure regional materials align with FGMA’s brand standards and messaging.
• Support client development through market research and opportunity tracking.
