Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or event logistics preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and attend scheduled events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift event materials.

Responsibilities

• Research, schedule, and coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, fairs, and festivals.
• Manage event logistics, including booth setup, breakdown, and materials.
• Represent Confort Kitchen & Bath professionally while engaging with prospective customers.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales team during events.
• Coordinate event schedules and staffing to ensure successful execution.
• Recruit, train, and support event staff and brand ambassadors as needed.
• Track event performance, leads, inventory, and event budgets.
• Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve event performance and customer engagement.
• Ensure all events reflect the company’s professional brand image.
