Job summary

Digital People is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity in the Northern Suburbs, onsite five days a week. You will help bring new products to life through heavy market research and cross‑functional collaboration to support the sales team.

Responsibilities include daily admin for the Marketing department, market insights, creating impactful presentations, tradeshow planning, and maintaining social media and newsletters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in a marketing role.
  • Experience with project management or coordinating marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital, social media, and content marketing platforms.
  • Experience in tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Strong content creation across platforms.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Our B2B client enhances everyday personal and household products with innovative sensory-driven elements that elevate the user experience and bring products to life. To support emerging trends and empower the sales team, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This individual will be a key contributor in assisting bringing new products to life. Heavy research role and will work with a variety of team members throughout the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, emerging trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Provide marketing support on short turnaround projects, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Create presentations with descriptions that resonate with target audiences
  • Support senior marketers in development of Trend and Market presentations
  • Coordinate logistic arrangements for new product launches/market samples to be delivered
  • Oversee ordering and inventory for all marketing supplies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
  • Proactively update competition landscape and gather market intelligences to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor market offerings to identify new products for team
  • Maintain company social media presence & oversee company newsletter.
  • Organize new product launches to present to organization
  • Support tradeshows: from planning logistics to execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 2-3 years in previous marketing role
  • Experience with project management or coordinating marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of various marketing platforms: digital, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Strong ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing dynamics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
