Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, event management, training operations, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing programs including budgeting, scheduling, and ROI evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (marketing, branding, sales, training).
• Experience with medical academic associations, KOLs, or professional organizations is highly desirable.
• Prior training center operations or educational program development is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting product launches and regional go‑to‑market activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reimbursement processes for annual regional marketing promotions with ROI evaluations.
• Collaborate with regional branding to organize major events at the regional level.
• Manage regional training center daily operations including bookings, platform, and demo machines.
• Develop and curate courses for regional training centers.
• Partner with regional branding to enhance branding and promotion for training centers.
• Plan and implement regional marketing education and training activities for professional and management audiences.
• Coordinate product marketing promotion, regional branding, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional academic associations and KOLs.
• Facilitate international business exchanges and visits to enhance regional presence.
• Oversee regional window hospitals aligning with regional strategies and resource integration.
• Work with marketing, sales, and branding teams to optimize internal and external resource use.
