Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license required.
• 5–7 years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years in customer facing.
• 2 years in cardiovascular therapeutic area.
• Proven track record in sales, customer-facing success, or project management.
• Strong ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration required.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) and generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Execute regional meetings and programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Lead speaker bureau and regional marketing initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with Area General Manager to track TL journey and insights.
• Coordinate local and regional marketing initiatives to drive brand strategy.
