Here Are Some Responsibilities For The Potential Payroll Coordinator:

  • Assist team members with Payroll related inquiries and questions while maintaining compliance with Bryten policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Assist and support Payroll leaders with preparation of bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Assist with data management including payroll reports and billables.
  • Assist and support HRIS system and team member files including maintaining accurate data, records, and filing.
  • Assist and support Payroll leaders in responding to verifications of employment, wage claims, and all other requests timely and efficiently.
  • Assist and support onboarding new team members including I-9 verification as well as various tax and payroll documentation as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
  • 3-5+ years of Payroll experience preferred.
