Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party accounts, recording income, expenses, and changes in assets/liabilities monthly
• Process banking transactions including wire transfers, deposits, etc.
• Perform internal audits for property compliance
• Execute monthly closing tasks adhering to GAAP
• Support budgeting by preparing drafts and inputting final budgets
• Reconcile bank accounts, research discrepancies, and make journal entries
• Verify property reports, ledgers, and monitor refunds
• Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable
• Assist in year-end audits and tax filings
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports
• Process reserve draw requests and monitor lender reporting
• Organize and archive documentation
• Maintain professionalism and customer service

Candidate Qualifications

• Positive attitude and energetic approach
• Professional image and strong customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree, accounting major preferred
• 2+ years property accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, Resman preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation
