Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience preferred.
• Proven sales record.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of battery or automotive systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Hold team accountable to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Review and analyze weekly scorecards and monthly financials to address variances.
• Manage accounts receivable to maintain healthy operating cash flow.
• Develop and implement action plans for accounts with AR balances.
• Manage inventory levels in line with selling activity.
• Oversee Route Service Excellence for route efficiency and performance.
• Work with sales to acquire new business within the region and protect dealer relationships.
