Job summary

Interstate Batteries in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced operations leader to drive the company-owned distributorship. The role focuses on achieving financial goals, growing revenue, and optimizing operations across inventory, AR, and customer relations.

The candidate will manage P&L, budgets, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with OSHA/DOT and enterprise initiatives. Leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience.
• Previous experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment a plus.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.
• Battery knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, budget performance, and annual operating plan for the distributorship.
• Review financials, AR, inventory, and action plans to address variances or deficiencies.
• Lead relationships with key account decision makers and manage dealer erosion.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance and develop best practices to drive revenue.
• Provide performance management and coaching to operation staff.
