Job Title: Regional Market Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

For our German sales team, we’re looking for a Regional Market Manager EMEA (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy implementation: Collaborate with local sales companies, distributors, customers, and partners to implement strategies through appropriate measures.
  2. Support order intake and sales targets: Assist in achieving annual and quarterly sales goals, and monitor progress.
  3. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners, direct customers, and key regional clients.
  4. Market analysis: Conduct market and competitor analyses, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
  5. Product management: Coordinate with product management and local teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.
  6. Reporting: Consolidate sales data, market analyses, and strategic initiatives, and report regularly to the Head of RMM EMEA.
  7. Brand representation: Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and events.
  8. Lead, support, and finalize sales negotiations.
  9. Organize and monitor tasks and appointments in collaboration with other departments.
