Veterinary Emergency Group seeks a Market Owner to lead a market of at least four hospitals, ensuring growth, financial health, and VEG experience across locations. You will guide hospital leaders, nurture referrals, manage P&L, and uphold VEG's brand in the region.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Legal, Technology and other teams, empower VEGgies, and drive strategic initiatives while staying close to communities and patients.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership with experience building high-performing teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple hospitals in your market toward operational excellence across locations.
• Coach hospital leaders to drive growth, performance, and customer experience.
• Build relationships with referring veterinarians and community partners to elevate VEG’s reputation.
