Responsibilities

• Lead East Coast/ Pacific region market development and sales initiatives.
• Identify key buyers and referrers; build productive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and payers.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans to meet volume goals.
• Represent Shirley Ryan AbilityLab to referral sources and patients; communicate the value of services.
• Analyze market dynamics and target markets to guide growth and admissions.
• Support post-referral processes to ensure smooth admission transitions.
