Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in leadership capacity leading sales managers or multiple sales teams.
• 7 years' experience in health-care/therapeutics, sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in business analytics including Excel and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of the regional sales strategy and defines goals and market positioning.
• Proactively assesses adherence to DMD core responsibilities and provides feedback.
• Oversees compensation rules and ensures accountability for deliverables and quarterly plans.
• Assesses program progress and recommends actions to improve performance.
• Sets strategy goals for underperforming markets and ensures SME status in sales processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
