Job summary

You will collaborate with regional leadership to set regional sales strategy, forecast goals, and ensure compliant, effective execution across markets. Extensive travel may be required to support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple sales teams or managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching and direction for Directors of Market Development within portfolio.
• Develop and coach team members in sales conversations and techniques.
