Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for the Pacific Northwest region, including Seattle, Chehalis, Spokane, Pasco, Portland, and Boise.

You will drive operational performance, profitability, safety, asset readiness, and customer satisfaction across six branches. The role partners with senior leaders across fleet, facilities, sales, and project management to ensure consistent execution of company standards and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Multi-site management experience required.
• Experience with DOT compliance and safety programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all regional operations across the Pacific Northwest.
• Establish objectives and performance expectations for branch leadership teams.
• Drive consistency in procedures and execution across locations.
• Lead regional reviews and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Sales and project management to meet customer delivery timelines.
