Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Scheduling & Control Manager to lead production scheduling, control, and S&OE across multiple sites.

You will develop schedules, manage workflow, and resolve constraints to meet customer commitments and delivery performance. The ideal candidate offers 5+ years in production planning with leadership experience in high-mix manufacturing, and is proficient with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent; CPIM preferred.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain with at least 2 years in leadership or scheduling.
• Experience in OEM, configure-to-order or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred.
• Travel 0-25% and willingness to lead across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production scheduling and manufacturing control professionals across multiple sites.
• Support S&OE process, align priorities, constraints, and execution plans to meet commitments.
• Establish and continuously improve scheduling, control, and inventory processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards for schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.
• Leverage ERP and scheduling systems to support data‑driven decisions.
• Drive improvement initiatives focused on scheduling effectiveness and material flow.
• Monitor upcoming needs, new product introductions, and project schedules for readiness.
• Perform other related duties as required.
