Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Scheduling & Control Manager to lead scheduling, production control, and S&OE across multiple sites. You will develop site schedules, manage workflow and inventory, and resolve constraints to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and excel at cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment with complex product configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles; 2+ years in leadership/scheduling roles.
• CPIM certification preferred for advanced planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of scheduling and manufacturing control professionals across multiple sites.
• Support S&OE process with cross-functional alignment on priorities and execution plans.
• Standardize and continuously improve scheduling, control, and inventory processes across locations.
