Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related).
• 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience using data analysis, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Proven track record leading complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and support for multiple manufacturing operations across the region.
• Lead the planning, design, installation, and optimization of industrial equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and plant leadership to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze manufacturing challenges and develop engineering-based solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation and completion.
• Use process improvement methods, diagnostics, and data analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams focused on performance, safety, and productivity improvements.
• Support day-to-day mill operations with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
• Ensure projects are safe, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
