Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering efforts across three manufacturing facilities in a regional footprint. You will drive planning, design, installation, and optimization of equipment and processes to improve safety, reliability, and productivity.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong data-analysis skills, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related).
8+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process improvement & operational excellence principles.
Experience using data analysis, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
Demonstrated success leading complex engineering projects from inception through completion.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership and support for multiple manufacturing operations across the region.
Lead the planning, design, installation, and optimization of industrial equipment and production processes.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and plant leadership teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Analyze manufacturing challenges and develop engineering-based solutions that improve efficiency and reliability.
Manage projects from concept through implementation and completion.
Utilize process improvement methodologies, diagnostic tools, and data analysis techniques to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on operational performance, safety, and productivity improvements.
Support day-to-day mill operations by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
Ensure projects are executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with business objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
