Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field, or extensive experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in industrial environments (metal fabrication, assembly, engineered-to-order, or high-mix).
  • Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and cost-reduction experience.
  • Proven process engineering focus on productivity, quality, and throughput.
  • Hands-on problem-solving with root-cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with time studies, capacity analysis, labor optimization, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
