Job summary

Essity seeks a Manufacturing Digitalization Manager for the US Region to lead the digital manufacturing agenda across US factories. This role translates global strategies into a practical regional roadmap and drives adoption of standard digital tools across sites.

You will work with plant managers, maintenance, engineers, IT/OT, and supply chain to deliver measurable value, ensure data quality, and align with governance standards. Location: US region (Neenah, WI possible).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, automation, or industrial digitalization.
• 3+ years leading digital manufacturing, smart factory, or data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the digital manufacturing strategy into a practical US region roadmap.
• Lead the US regional digitalization roadmap creation aligned with global standards.
• Drive adoption of standard digital tools across factories with measurable impact.
• Build a network of site digitalization representatives and ensure data quality.
