Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Digital Transformation Program Manager - Manufacturing at the Nathan Lane Manufacturing site in Plymouth, MN to lead MES deployments and digital manufacturing initiatives in a highly regulated, high‑volume environment.

You will bridge shop‑floor execution, business processes and enterprise systems such as SAP, drive change management, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of PM experience.
• Or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of PM experience.
• Experience supporting digital transformation in regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital manufacturing initiatives including MES.
• Integrate MES with SAP, quality systems, and other enterprise apps.
• Plan and execute projects within scope, budget, and compliance.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT on roadmap.
