Job summary

Essity is seeking a Manufacturing Digitalization Manager for the US Region to lead the digital manufacturing agenda across US factories, with flexible location in Neenah, WI, Harrodsburg, KY, or Cherokee, AL. Translate global strategy into regional roadmaps and drive standard tools adoption to deliver measurable shopfloor value.

You will partner with plant managers, maintenance, IT/OT, and supply chain to embed digital solutions, enable data-driven decisions, and advance smart factory

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a technical field with strong manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading digital manufacturing and automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate global standards to site execution.
• Experience in a global or regional matrix organization.
• Strong project/program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate global digital manufacturing strategy into a regional execution plan.
• Lead the US regional digitalization roadmap aligned with standards.
• Drive adoption of standard digital tools across factories.
• Build a network of site digitalization representatives and owners.
• Collaborate with plant managers, maintenance, and IT/OT teams.
• Support change management and improve daily shopfloor execution.
• Coordinate deployments of MES, dashboards, IIoT, and related tools.
• Promote data quality and KPI alignment with global standards.
