You will align programs with safety, quality and operational goals while partnering with HR, operations, and plant leadership to improve capability and readiness.

2+ years leadership experience required.
Up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

Regional Training & Development Management: Oversee programs across facilities.
Workforce Capability Development: Support onboarding, skill progression, certification readiness, and flexibility development.
Training Standardization & Certification: Ensure consistent application of training standards, certification processes, and Lean/TWI methods.
Training Leadership & Team Development: Lead Training Coaches and regional training teams.
Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness and readiness KPIs; identify improvements.
Training Administration & Compliance: Maintain training records and compliance-related training.
Workforce Planning & Hiring Support: Partner with HR and plant leadership on planning and hiring.
