Slalom Build in Atlanta seeks a Managing Director for Retail & Consumer Goods to lead the Georgia-Alabama Market, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, growth, delivery, and talent development in a hybrid environment.

You will drive multi-year growth, supervise contracts, staffing, budgets, and client relationships, while expanding the market footprint and ensuring delivery excellence across CPG, QSR, retail, travel, and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, CPG, travel and hospitality or related fields.
• Proven track record in building and leading large practice areas and generating revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year growth strategy for the Georgia-Alabama Market.
• Own go-to-market strategy, account management, client delivery, and business development, including RFIs/RFPs.
