Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Regional Manager in Training to develop future regional leaders through a comprehensive, hands-on program. This full-time role requires relocation and travel across the Midwest, with a structured path from store-level leadership to multi-unit oversight.

You will learn sales leadership, store operations, departmental management, and regional leadership essentials, supported by world-class training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn.
• 100% willing and able to relocate within our Midwest footprint.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Regional Managers and analyze business performance.
• Build readiness to oversee multiple stores and leadership teams.
• Gain department-level management experience across furniture, bedding, appliances, and customer service.
• Demonstrate ability to run a profitable and well-operated store and lead a full team.
