Menards Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join the Manager Trainee program in a full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop you for management roles.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of our business and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Upon completion, you will be eligible to advance to roles at 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, or distribution

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities
