Responsibilities

• Directly manages a portfolio of Site and Property Managers and their reports.
• Train, communicate, and manage performance of staff under purview.

• Meet or exceed operational, financial, and business goals.
• Assist in setting Performance Management goals and vendor lists.
• Conduct property inspections and control expenses while maximizing profits.
