Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in rural development programs. You will ensure efficient performance, meet program goals, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include rent collection, applicant processing, move-ins/outs, and inspections, while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork across staff and partners.

Formación

• 2+ years of housing, administrative, or related business experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred or required.
• Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Handle rent collections, documentation collections, and ensure accuracy for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs per programs and policies.
• Ensure Fair Housing rules and regulations are understood and followed.
• Provide training, equipment, and materials for staff use as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients as needed.
• Manage projects and uphold high professional and customer service standards.
