Job summary

ADVANCE KIDS, INC. is seeking a Regional Manager for the Residential Crisis Program in Sacramento, CA.

In this role, you will support the Director by overseeing multiple residential locations, ensuring compliance with California regulations, and fostering staff development through hands-on training and leadership. Ideal candidates will possess ARF certification and have at least three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CURRENT Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification required.
• 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in overseeing residential program operations.
• Monitor staffing and program adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with California regulations and health standards.
