Job summary

Advance Kids is seeking a Regional Manager – Residential Crisis Program to lead multiple residential locations in the Sacramento region. The role supports the Director of Residential Crisis Program with administrative oversight, regulatory compliance, and program quality.

ARF certification and leadership experience are essential as you mentor Residential Administrators and ensure services meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CURRENT Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and minimum of one year of ARF Administrator experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong written English, grammar, punctuation, and report-writing abilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between residential locations as needed.
• This is an in-office/onsite role, not remote.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Residential Crisis Program in overseeing operations across multiple residential programs.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to Residential Administrators.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, program implementation, and adherence to policies.
• Provide administrative and programmatic coverage to ensure continuity of services.
• Ensure compliance with California regulations and agency standards.
• Manage audits, training, and ongoing quality assurance activities.
• Oversee staff development, recruitment, and intake processes.
