Job summary

Advance Kids, Inc. in Sacramento region seeks a Regional Manager – Residential Crisis Program to lead multiple residential programs. You will supervise Residential Administrators, ensure programs meet policy, and coordinate operations with the Director of Residential Crisis Program.

Ideal candidates bring ARF certification, 3+ years of developmentally disabled support, and strong communication. Travel between sites is required, and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• ARF certification and at least 1 year as ARF Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written communication, English grammar and reporting.
• Willingness to travel between locations; in-office required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in overseeing residential program operations and supervise Administrators.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and program implementation to policy.
• Provide operational support and coverage to ensure service continuity.
