Advance Kids, INC. is seeking a Regional Manager – Residential Crisis Program to support the Director and lead ARF operations across multiple locations in the Sacramento region.

This in-office role requires ARF certification, a track record with developmental disabilities, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between sites. The position offers a salary range of $100,000–$115,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CURRENT Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and min. 1 year as ARF Administrator.
• Min. 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong written English and professional report-writing abilities.
• Organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Residential Crisis Program across multiple locations.
• Lead Residential Administrators and oversee program operations and compliance.
• Ensure programs meet regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and program implementation.
• Provide training and coverage to ensure continuity of services.
