As our Regional Manager of Residential, you oversee the day-to-day operations and direction of our residential sites that provides services to adults diagnosed with an intellectual and/or developmental disability, including managing a team of two supervisors who oversee around 20 DSPs who staff the sites.
The Regional Manager of Residential provides oversight to two homes and one apartment complex with several units, assuring the effective operation of programs that provide quality services to individuals according to each individual’s choice. This role assures health and safety of individuals through provision of quality services, and by ensuring follow through with established protocols and/or procedures.
This position is a remote hybrid position, which allows for flexibility. We're committed to a great work-life balance here, so you'll get to work full-time at 36 hours/week with a 4-day work week! Due to the occasional on-call nature of the role, the ideal applicant will live within 45 minutes of the Denver/Aurora Metro area.

Starting Salary and Benefits
$56,500 - $63,550 / annually
