Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties in North Florida, leading Property Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences, strong relationships with local municipalities, and adherence to safety and budget expectations.

You will drive occupancy goals toward 100% at all properties, maintain staffing levels at or above target, and ensure profitability through proactive P&L management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven excellent customer service experience.
• 5+ years of mobile home property management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a successful team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50%+.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple properties and lead Property Managers to meet customer service, relationships, budget and safety expectations.
• Drive to 100% occupancy across all properties and manage rehab/construction turnover.
• Maintain 95% staffing levels with top performers.
• Develop an ownership mindset to sustain profitability and growth.
• Ensure Riverstone Communities maintains a strong reputation in the mobile home property management industry.
