Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead Community Managers and on-site teams, drive occupancy and financial success, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across assets.

The role requires 1–2 years as a Regional/Area Manager in multifamily, with strong budgeting, financial reporting, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years as an Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of three or more properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of education/experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Community Managers and site teams to drive performance.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and revenue optimization to meet financial targets.
• Ensure property operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention to maximize revenue.

• Manage capital projects and ensure on-budget, timely execution.
