Dominium Management Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and compliance for a portfolio of properties. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure adherence to Dominium’s goals and policies.

The role requires strong budgeting, leadership and communication skills, with travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, especially in real estate or business disciplines.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years as an Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily.
• Track record of overseeing a portfolio of three or more affordable properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, mentors and develops Community Managers and site teams.
• Oversees financial targets by managing budgets and expenses.
• Ensures property operations comply with policies and regulations.
• Monitors occupancy, leasing activity and resident retention.
• Analyzes financial reports to drive strategic decisions.
• Oversees capital projects within budget.
