Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver educational support to healthcare professionals across a defined geographic territory, focusing on psychiatry within a designated disease state. You will present programs, use approved materials, and build crucial relationships with physicians and office staff.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with 3–5 years post-education experience, preferably with Neuro/psych exposure, and prior pharma or HCP-facing education experience.

Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years post-educational experience.
• Neuro/psych experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or HCP-facing Clinical Educator role is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and education to HCPs in a defined territory.
• Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals per office needs.
• Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or the client.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and competency assessments.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Support cross-portfolio services across healthcare sectors as directed.
• Complete administrative tasks: reports, emails, expenses.
• Maintain professional registrations or licenses as required by state law.
• Be available during working hours and willing to travel, including overnights.

To provide disease state related educational support to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed with the Client Account Manager.To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.To only use approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materials.To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframeDevelop and strengthen relationships with key customers.To facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Client Account Manager, Field.To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities.Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
