Job summary

Colours Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee store locations, manage inventory, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

You will lead operational performance, coach teams, monitor service levels and financial results, and collaborate with store managers to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

This role requires travel regionally with overnight stays and a focus on organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, distribution, or multi-location management.
• Experience managing inventory controls, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
• Ability to analyze business data including sales and aging reports.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and accuracy across stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Partner with store managers to address service gaps and train staff.
• Review monthly Gain & Loss reports for performance visibility.
• Monitor customer account aging (1–30 days).
• Analyze 12-month usage reports for top customers and share findings.
• Keep stores organized, efficient, and customer-focused.
• Hold staff accountable and conduct performance evaluations.
• Complete administrative duties and attend meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
