This full-time role requires financial acumen, people leadership, and compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws. Expect travel 60–75% and a starting salary of $73,400–$87,400.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent property-management experience, knowledge of HUD programs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of property-management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD subsidy programs.
• Ability to evaluate and present financial reports; strong communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
• Willingness to obtain real estate license within nine months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal, marketing, personnel, and physical operations of HUD, Tax Credit, Public Housing, and special-needs communities.
• Evaluate financial reporting to support sound property decisions.
• Coordinate team members, activities, and resources across the portfolio.
• Support property teams in meeting operational goals and resident service.
• Ensure operations follow policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable laws.
• Travel regularly to communities throughout western Pennsylvania.
