RP Management Inc is seeking a Property Manager for a 91-unit HUD project-based property in Spring City, PA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise office and maintenance staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing standards.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, with bonus structure and benefits including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Formación

• Experience managing a HUD project-based property.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and tenant regulations.
• Experience in tenant screening and staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise property staff and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee site staff recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Maintain tenant files, applications, and vendor records.
• Ensure compliance with HUD rules, tenant selection plans, and annual budgets.
• Prepare and review certifications, rent changes, and court filings as needed.
