Indus Communities seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a localized portfolio of approximately 1,500 units in the Southwest Houston area. You will provide leadership to onsite teams, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a regional, not multi-city role. You will lead rehab projects, set development goals, manage budgets, and partner with property managers to maintain high occupancy and strong NOI.

The Regional Manager at Indus Communities oversees a local portfolio of multifamily communities (approximately 1,500 units) across the Southwest Houston area, including a few properties in Spring Branch that are part of the broader portfolio of 38 properties. This role provides leadership, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure strong performance across all assets. The Regional Manager supports on-site teams, drives occupancy and revenue growth, and ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives. This is a localized regional role and does not involve multi-city or metro-wide travel.
High School or GED, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field preferred
Minimum four (4) years of related property management experience with multi-family. Minimum one (1) year of experience leading a team
Valid Texas driver’s license, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) a plus
