Job summary

Orange Dental Partners in North Palm Beach & Vero Beach seeks a Regional Manager to oversee staffing, operations, production, and growth across two offices. You will own how the practices run and drive patient care, results, and program development.

You’ll lead teams, implement scalable systems, and grow case acceptance and patient volumes. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped monthly performance bonus, with pay increasing as results improve.

Qualifications

Experience in dental practice management or multi-site operations.
Track record of leading teams and driving measurable operational or business results.
Comfort with numbers — you’ll be tracking staffing, production, conversion, and bonus performance monthly.
Strong people-management, training, and leadership skills.
Marketing or growth experience is a plus, especially in social media, referral programs, and patient acquisition

Responsibilities

Lead the team across two offices and build an accountable culture centered on patient care and results.
Design and implement systems to keep both practices running smoothly and scalable.
Drive treatment plan acceptance and production through training and tracking.
